I listened to some of xaviers music when he in novagang in 2020, but tbh i didn't really think much of him. This solo ep is definitely the best i've ever heard him. He really shines on this ep which is weird because you can tell he's trying genres that he woiuldn't normally do. The tracks 47 w me and 1c in tha cut 2 sound like some of the other tracks he's put out but everything else sounds extremely different. JPEGMAFIA's 2015 mixtape "Communist Slow Jams" is a perfect mix between the music he made under the alias Devon Hendryx & the politically charged music he'd come to make later under the name JPEGMAFIA. Truthfully, I am not too much of a fan of JPEGMAFIA's more recent work (LP & SCARING THE HOES are still good tapes but not as good as this one).
