This album is awesome. When this came out it was easily midwxst’s best project (now I think it’s been topped by BIA4), and I love the way it takes his sound and gives it a more acoustic feeling, while still being true to himself. Sure, there are a few cringeworthy lyrics every now and then, but the storytelling is there, which is what’s most important to me. Everyone has already said this, but the production throughout this entire album is phenomenal. You’ve got enough variety in sound to keep it interesting, such as the more acoustic “lost,” the EDM-leaning “warning” and a rap song as well, in “heartache blues,” and it’s generally just super high in quality. It’s hard to find a miss on this album. Even my dad thinks E3 is peak.
