Not really my thing, but I can very much still appreciate it! My dad put this album on for me while we were in the car driving back to my college the other day. It's got amazing variety, even with the audio mixing itself. Loud and more intense songs like "Bombing Out" sounded muddy and more methodical songs had higher fidelity, creating a roller coaster-like ride with different elements from start to finish.
Leaves more to be desired, but good nonetheless! I can tell they are being more conservative with their sound or are regaining their footing but I am crossing my fingers that they break the mold with some more varied sounding tracks in the future like the ones in Schizophrenia Simulation and WHGTTDFT. Still was able to get me out of my chair and dancing while watching the premier though and I'm sure this EP will grow on me.
