It's what a 3 track EP would be, none of the songs are longer than 2 minutes.
It's just bland and really surface level. Tho I like the direction Clairo is going for, just wish to hear a longer and more polish work.
She's getting there, the mixing is way better than her last ep's
Winters love has such a surreal sound, I really liked it.
Overall is nothing crazy, but the potential is slowly growing.
After the third listen I started to appreciate it a little.
In essence, it's music made by someone with what they had available. The super demo-ish and barebone tracks from her last EP are still present, yet we listen to some cleaner versions of some songs, which I would assume are more recent works.
Even tho I get the charm, it's still sounding incomplete, which might be the purpose.
Sounds like it was recorded on a nintendo 3Ds
It's three tracks that could very well be interludes in a bigger project.
First project I've listened from Clairo, so I see a lot of space to grow from here.
there was only one stand out track for me. Good performances overall but not much to it
The production is good as always, the beats are hit or miss.
There's only two songs I really liked, those being Pray for Buffalo and Anybody, the last one being a conway song only, kinda defeating the point of a collab album.
It's ok, and outside those two song I don't think i'll be revisiting this project much.
Interesting it's one long ass track, instead of separate ones. The cover is ugly as fuck, yet the music is super consistent. The only track I dont really fuck with is the last one.
Easily one of Gunn's most underrated projects
A fun ep, 4 songs and 2 remixes, not more than that
It's fine, yet following Heels Have Eyes 2, I was expecting a little more from Westside Gunn
"Give me three things you are grateful for"
Zey is back after 5 years with a project filled with bangers
After sitting with this project for some time, I've felt that even though it has no skips, most of the songs came and went. Not saying they are bad, but mainly, having listen to Isaiah's discography, it's what I had believed it would sound like. He's not really switching up his sound, which again is not bad, but it's not breaking new ground.
The second half really picked up the project. It's the regular from Gunn, tho I like the more introspective cuts in this mixtape
As much as I love the gritty and laid back sound of Westside Gunn, after some time it gets repetitive. After 30+ projects his sound is already stablished, which is not bad, yet at times a change would be welcomed.
The mix between live and studio recordings is super well combined and mixed. The techno pairs amazingly with NIN's sound.
It's still remixes of old songs, yet they feel refreshing and really cool.
Beats sounded amazing, wished the songs were a minute longer. But as a prelude to the Heels Have Eyes full mixtapes this sounded really good
7 DRRRRRRRR's out of 10
Westside pootie still calling me broke
It's one of Gunn's more consistent mixtapes. Amazing production and good beat selection as always
Might be the first time I don't dislike Dj Drama yaps
Shows how much Many Tiny Boxes has improved.
It's cool but as a one time listen
