This singles run is pmo so bad cause how does she have her choruses DOWN and then fumbles every other aspect of the song EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Minutes a few points cause why are sub 2:30 minute long songs just widely accepted now but other than that this is a flawless summer track

Hugely underrated album, perfect chill spring/summer songs that I’m really upset I didn’t give a fair shake until now.

The first half of this album is Gaga at her absolute best, serving the fame monster level bangers nonstop and then it just. Falls off so bad. Why is the second half SO BALLAD HEAVY WHAT HAPPENED. This album feels like it falls into the same trap as Tate Mcraes Think Later where it’s so front loaded the second half, while not even bad, just feels out of place and worse in comparison. ITS UPBEAT THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH THIS IS WHAT WE NEEDED

It's decent I guess? Idk what I'm not hearing but this chorus just is not catchy at all? The synths and lyrical melodies feel like they're battling rather than working together and it seriously kills the entire vibe.
If they added literally anything interesting to the production in the post chorus this would be a perfect pop song
This sounds the exact same as everything else he’s put out in the last five years and at this point it’s far too tired to keep an hour and a half long album interesting, that said there is some catchy stuff here that really bumps the score.
Great vocals on display here and there and the first half is pretty solid; albeit Taylor-derivative pop, but the second half is reallllyyy boring and uninspired which is really a shame. Overall there’s potential here but we have got to find this girl some better songwriters.

The first 20 seconds is the most bone-chillingly gorgeous thing I’ve heard in a song in literal years and then it just does not let up. Absolute masterpeice.
The pre-chorus will be in my head for the next month and the chorus gets better as the song progresses but ONE WORD?? REALLY??? Catchy but just awful writing
Best rollout of the year and the opening piano on Darwinism gives me literal chills. Oh yeah the rest of it kinda rocks too.
