This album is fine. A bit boring and some songs go on for too long, but it isn’t horrible. I wouldn’t call it great neither. It sits in its own awkward little middle ground, alongside albums like George Harrison’s “Gone Troppo” (1982). I wouldn’t be mad if you played a song on here in the car, but I would be fuming if you played the album in the car.
