Huge step up from Cole's last mixtape.

"Intro (The Warm Up)" is the intro to the warm up by Cole and the piano in the background gives this intro more emotion and sets the tone of this album way better thana track without the piano. "Welcome" serves as the first actual first track on The Warm Up and the part when Cole speeds up and slows down his flow is really cool. "Can I Live" is a heartbreaking track and Cole has an unshaken flow over the whole track and the beat gives a early 00's feel which is nice. "Grown Simba" is a part two to "Simba" from "The Come Up". "Just To Get By" is really short. "Lights Please" is average to me the flows are something I have heard from Cole on the other mixtape and the beat is just mediocre. "Dead Presidents II" is the sequel to "Dead Presidents" from the first mixtape and this one is way better than the other one. "I Get Up" is good. "World Is Empty" is alright and that's it. "Dreams" is nice I like the flows. "Royal Flush"feels more of a interlude than an actual track. "Dollar and A Dream II" is a song I don't like because of the voice changer that Cole uses to make his voice sound like Alvin from Alvin & The Chipmunks. "Water Break (Interlude)" is the opposite of "Royal Flush" in my opinion. "Heartache" is good. "Get Away" is a nice Cole track. "Knock Knock" uses a beat that was later remixed by Tyler, The Creator & A$AP Rocky on their song "Potato Salad". "Ladies" is a good track. "Til' Infinity" is good. "The Badness" is average and Omen'# feature is okay. "Hold It Down" is alright. "Last Call" is Cole's version of the Kanye West song with the same name. "Losing My Balance" is a nice bonus track.
