Yeah this album is super enjoyable front to back. It's giving tame impala mixed with some early instrumentals of blink 182 and the general punk scene. Love the passion behind the vocals and the cohesion behind the messaging. I just wish that tracks like BIRDS was another minute longer and that we had more tracks like that throughout the album, but overall; can't complain.

Love it, wish it was just a minute longer though. Love the blend of all the various sounds from each respective band/artist. Also the scream from poppy fading into Courtney's is bliss

Compared to his previous work, this is quite a boring side step by Apollo. Not only is it playing into the whole "elevator music" shtick, which quite a cliche at this point but production wise - idk it felt like half the songs were just small 2-3s loops? Felt more like a new artists' first project, not a veteran in the scene. I mean, it's nice I guess, but not what I wanted and what I did get; I felt like it could have had more work done. Great riffs, lyrics are lacking in certain aspects but overall really enjoyable album. A very valid follow up to their previous album, which gained them their reputation. Maybe at times, a bit too similar in sound but if all you wanted was more of "Tangaroa" and "Tū", then this is a great follow up LP.
