I don't have any inspiration to write a review, so I'll just say that I have a huge desire to fly in a hot air balloon.
The path to happiness, struggle and suffering, wrapped up in accessible sounds and a huge dose of love that Alex has given us – will there be a more intimate album this year? I doubt it
A very solid album – light-hearted, fun, with catchy instrumentals and great vocals. At the same time, it feels a bit like an unfinished project, as if it hasn’t quite realised its full potential. As a result, it leaves you wanting more. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for their next releases, as ‘Maybe Not Tonight’ clearly shows what they’re capable of
Is this already the album of the year? In April, that sounds like an exaggeration — but My New Band Belive debut, makes you take that question seriously.
