i’ve kind of had trouble figuring out how i feel about this album. like every song on here is great, but i dont know how well i think the album works as a whole. the title and first two songs made it feel like this was gonna be a concept album specifically about guns, but its really more a reflection on the american political climate in general, with the “Guns” title plus the cover art serving as a pithy encapsulation of it. which is effective and impactful, but i can’t ... read more
