I mean, if you're here, you probably already aware of how absolutely class this album is, bu just in case you're not...... this album..... is fucking CLASS. I mean, there is obviously reasons that Slayer is metal royalty, and this is one of them. I mean, it opens on 'Angel of Death', which imediantly sets the tone for how insanely good this album is, but from then on, its just song after song until the end. I think that's one of the reasons this album is so perfect, ... read more

So, this is my first time listening to Testament, after constant recommendations from fellow metalheads, and boy, I can see why they asked me to indulge in Testament. This album blew me away. The rapid technical riffing on songs such as 'Into the Pit', 'The New Order', and (my personal favourite song) 'Disciples of the Watch', combined with the blistering solos brought to us by Alex Skolnick, is an absolute assault of the mind. Everything about it. We start with Holy Wars, and wow, what a start it is. The super fast riffing, the smooth transition between the Holy War and the Punishment Due is nothing short of perfect. Marty sets the tone for the whole album with his solos, and of course, we have a Dave Mustaine signature ... read more

I mean, the garbage can is the only remotely good thing about this album, at least it is funny

Where to start? The self-titled 'Megadeth' is a farewell to one of the most important metal bands of the late 80s and early 90s, and a goodbye to our beloved mascot, Vic Rattlehead. This album is pretty damn fun in honesty. It has bangers on it such as 'Tipping Point' and 'Puppet Parade' but also has some fun songs such as 'Made To Kill' which feels to me reminiscent of good old 90s Megadeth. 'Tipping Point' is a great opening song, and probably ... read more
