What an explosive debut. When I listen to "Get Rich Or Die Tryin'", it's unsurprising to me how this thing completely consumed the rap game in the early 2000s. It's full of bangers, assisted by some of Dr Dre's hardest hitting production, as well as a hyped up 50 at the absolute peak of his powers as an MC. It took me a while to see the light with this album, primarily because I'm such a huge fan of "Rodeo" and wasn't quite ready for Travis to change direction.
