Went into this with the absolute lowest expectations imagineable, expecting to absolutely HATE this, but honestly... it's pretty much whatever. I don't really hate it, but I also don't really love it either. I haven't heard much Twenty one pilots besides the big radio hits, and this album isn't really convincing me I need to, but there's plenty to like to. The instrumentals are almost always good throughout, it's all well put together, and there's some pretty fun highlights from time to time, but it definitely falters from feeling pretty safe, and the vocals are kinda bad at times. I honestly think this would've been better if more songs leaned into rock like with "Next Semester" and "Navigating", but it doesn't reach super horrible points that often. I really dunno what to say, this album is ok lol
