The sound design is a bit too spacey for any of the drops to have much impact, but with that said the sound design is still pretty dope, the atmosphere is immaculate, and the mixing is super clean.

With 24 songs and about a dozen different genres, this is the most ambitious album that I have ever heard and I am still blown away by it after several listens. Some songs are a bit louder than others, but for the most part the mixdowns are good and the album flows insanely naturally. This album will take you through an incredible journey, and the way it ends is absolutely gorgeous.

Took several listens for me to wrap my head around some of the insane ideas on this mixtape, and once I did I could not stop listening to this project… and I still can’t! SANDWORM, GARFIELD, INDUSTRY MEAT GRINDER, and KEEP IT COOL all still manage to make me grimace hard (in the good kind of way), and all of the other songs are good too. My only issue with this mixtape is that it isn’t longer. 😅

Getter - DOOM

The rap sections of this EP are great, but the drops are really lame since they’re trying to sound heavy while using sounds that are really tame and out of place, resulting in empty and boring drops. You can hear the potential of Getter’s current sound in his unfinished collaboration with Space Laces titled “GARFIELD”, but Getter has yet to impressive me with this sound on his own.

Skrillex - hit me where it hurts x

This entire EP is too lacking in high-end frequencies, but even if there was enough high-end “move ting” is a raspy mess that doesn’t know what to do with itself and voltage (see you again) is just whatever; the other three songs would be good with proper mixing, but unfortunately that isn’t the case.
