A disgustingly well written album, awesome riffs and freezing vocals and lyrics. Adding an unnerving ambiance and you've got a superb piece of music right there.
The atmosphere of this album really keeps you hooked, not every song is rememberable, but you're never bored listening to this. A great release all together

One of the more unique album I've listened to. Amesoeurs' focus on the loneliness of oneself in the city can be felt in the instruments. Each track deals with a different kind of uneasiness and solitude one can experience in an unknown urban place, which really adds to the anxious ambiance of the album. I was a bit hesitant as to where the band was going after Shivering and Rotoscope, but man this EP just slaps.
Spiritbox combines heaviness and feelings just right for me, and this album just reminds me of their earlier releases. Cellar Door and Angel Eyes are just a punch to the face, while The Void is almost a singalong. Some tracks are a bit too "pop" for my taste, but overall it's quite a good album.
