Hoooolllleeeee shit, this album.
I genuinely have no words to describe it. It is just one HELL of an album and I’m all here for it!
Surprisingly, this is genuinely the greatest piece of noise music I’ve ever heard!
And I do not know why. It just really pushes the greatest selection of buttons for me to redeem this album.
Amazing lyricism. Heavy influences from Wu Tang Clan and RZA.
Definitely THE essential French Hip-Hop album of all time.
“Screaming Slave” sounds more like an “industrial noise sound design/experimental piece”
Overall, my fav tracks are Throw This Away and the remix of Wish.
Also props to Bob Flanagan for the screaming, otherwise I wouldn’t enjoy “Happiness in Slavery” more.
So I submitted a correction. And the correction WAS THAT THE GENRES SHOULD BE CHANGED INTO “NOISE”
An album is a collection of audio recordings (e.g., music) issued on a medium such as compact disc (CD), vinyl (record), audio tape (like 8-track or cassette), or digital. Albums of recorded sound were developed in the early 20th century as individual 78 rpm recordss (78s) collected in a bound book resembling a photo album; this format evolved after 1948 into single vinyl long-playing (LP) records played at 33+1⁄3 rpm.
Imagine being one of the best songs ever made and then getting a 5.9 rating by AllMusic
