I’ve always stuck by Kim through the ups and downs of her career because I knew she had something this good in her. We joke about her debut albums but this definitely sounds like the album she was always meant to make
This was sooo underwhelming coming after the previous two albums. It’s not bad at all, it’s pretty good, but the difference is still very jarring
I remember listening to Starfucker and being awestruck at how Slayyyter managed to refine, perfect, elevate her sound into what was her best album by far and one of the best pop albums of 2024.
