It's amazing, and I want more of it. The Living Eyes are a very underground artist, and the deliver every time, and I love it!
People may call this song overrated and overplayed, however you can't deny that this song played a big part in people's childhoods, especially in America, youngsters liked it so much that they decided to replicate the topic of the song.
This one's one of my favourite Indie Rock songs that I have ever listened to. The amazing riff that kicks off the song is so powerful that it could rip rocks apart, and it's such a bop that I cannot stop head bopping when listening to it.
It's a standout in the Post-Punk Revival era, and good I miss those days.
This is the track that was on the top on my 2024 recap. It's a 12-minute representation of the 7 stages of grief, with Julian basically putting knives into his Dad's back. It's absolutely stellar production-wise, my only little issue is that Julian's vocals are a bit drowned out, but to be honest, I've grown to like it.
Magnificent track, by an iconic person in the music industry.
