This is a genre I truly enjoy and this album is bringing it. A groovin', ethereal soundscape that you can lose yourself in. So many layers of rich instrumentation and vocals. One of my peeves is when vocals get buried in the mix, but for some reason it works for me on this album.
Although this is not my cup of tea, I appreciate the talent and the lyrics on this album. What attracted me to this album was the album art. The theme of breakups is common in music, but she brings an empathic warmth to the subject that feels refreshing.
Fantastic album. Love the mood, the instrumentation, the spiritual connection and man's struggle between god vs. The physical world. So many influences...bravo!
I love this album and the positive angle it takes. The world of the Squishy Squad comes alive in each song. This is a feel good listen that throws down some upbeat vibes.
A Grateful Glance is not only full of reflections, but also oozing with confident outlooks. The album flows effortlessly tying memories, lessons, and experiences into an ethereal sonic awakening. It sits on the edge of experimental rebirth.
