Little Simz solidifies herself as one of the best female MCs in the world but also, reaches the par of some of the best MCs overall. I haven't spent much time listening to BROCKHAMPTON as a group but I decided to give Kevin Abstract's LP a try, I was pleasantly informed that he is a great artist with a great voice. I can't say it's amazingly put together but it's merging of R&B styles as well as alternative rap styles, create an artistic world which I've been happy to dive into. Despite me rating Dave's Psychodrama higher (and I'm certain it'll stay that way), I prefer slowthai's album as a whole. slowthai mimics no one in the game and is nothing but himself, Nothing Great About Britain is nothing, if not an amazing album which should be placed highly in everyone's list. I'm a British citizen and the one thing that annoys me is the amount of Americans that will knock the UK's music, maybe I'm biased but a lot of American's seem to think this album is a 6 or less, marking it as average.
