Vocals and good singing are very important. The instrumentals and overall playing on this record is excellent, but the vocals get old and annoying quickly. Additionally, "Matte Kudasai" stands out in the tracklist but not in a good way. It's a break from the high-pace. However, it's a boring and uninteresting way to go about it. The best album ever created.
Gritty, raw, rough, passionate, and for the first time: "Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)" is one of the toughest hip hop albums, not just from the 90s, but all time. It excels in every aspect that makes an album great; Rza's production is damn near flawless from track to track, including dissonant, odd piano chords, to hard-hitting beats that can be felt throughout the entire body. Bowie's final album is debatably his best album to date; the sounds and genres he experiments with blend seamlessly, and he mixes everything marvelously. This is a personal favorite of the 2010's and will stand against the test of time
