a lot of songs bleed into each other and sound samesie but its all very enjoyable, kind of has like a modern architects feel while sounding different. this album could benefit from some variety between tracks
very fun and energetic but you really need to be into that sound or in the mood for it
the transition between kill the ache and better days is insanely smooth for not being songs that appear next to each other on that album
the guitar work on this album is chefs kiss, sounds like it shaped a lot of the mathcore that came after this
some of the catchiest choruses i have ever heard and the creativity on this record is bar none. incredibly unique and has never been replicated. might need to be a "had to be there" album but this album aged gracefully in my opinion
heavenly warm vocals but the clean vocal range is kind of monotone, the guitar has some good bounce on most songs but also lacking other songs. album is a little inconsistent but still quite enjoyable.
solid mix of killswitch engage, enter shikari, and all that remains. enjoyed this alot tbh
solid album first song starts off really strong but kinda repetitive but ends strong
asking alexandria made 1 amazing album and said nope, never doing that again
i liked it when it came out but the more it lingers it starts to feel icky and boring
none of the remix versions of any of these songs hold a candle to the original and other than anything > human nothing in this "OST" is worth revisiting. VAN is okay but its more so just a poppy song anyways
I wish every ADTR album sounded like this, I understand why they evolved their sound but this album is such a treat and the instrumentals are so crisp and the creative process is so unique and there are just so many moments where you're left speechless. I was very obsessed with this album in high school and as much as i have listened to it, it never gets old. In my opinion its one of the best albums ever made.
