There are no skips on this album. Even songs like Garbage - that I didn't like at first - eventually grew on me.
Every verse is full of quotables and Pharrell's production is absolutely crazy, especially on tracks like So Be It, which is my personal favourite.
An album that grows richer with each listen. This record will age beautifully and will be seen as a classic in the years to come. It’s clear that Little Simz handcrafted this album to perfection down to every detail.
There are about 10-11 songs I liked, a few that were quite mid, and a few that were really awful. That being said, the highs were high and there are plenty of playlist-worthy tracks that I don't think it's quite deserving of the hate. It doesn't come close to albums like The Carter II or III but most of it is either enjoyable or listenable. Tracks like Welcome to Tha Carter, Hip-Hop and Written History stood out the most for me.
