Yellow is the final album in Daniel's color trilogy where he explored a range of genres, mostly EDM, pop and R&B. This is the most personal of the three as in each song he discusses the mental struggles he went through as being the victim of intense cyber bullying.

Color on Me is the album Daniel made after a legal battle with his ex-agency over several months, and after creating his own agency for which he is the CEO. He really put his heart and sincerity in this album, which is the prelude to his CMY Color Series.
He worked with well-known kpop producers Devine Channel for his title track What are you up to, and also participated in the lyrics of b-side Color which has R&B influence, as well as 'I Hope' a feel-good track that is a a fan favorite.
Cyan is the first EP in Kang Daniel's CMY Color trilogy. It has an overall refreshing concept with 2U as the title track. My favorite is Touchin which was released as a digital single in the fall of 2019. We can really hear Daniel's vocal improvement with the romantic and chill "Interview", another fave of mine.
Magenta is the summer album you don't want to miss from Kang Daniel, a growing and independent solo artist on the Kpop scene. He is the CEO of his own agency Konnect and made many of the decisions involved in his music which is something to be lauded.
