in all seriousness though? generic lyrics and a generic melody, all combined with a really underwhelming drop. why did i like this man, why the fuck did i listen to this back then???
Absolutely fucking timeless hit from Passion Pit. The instrumental is so ethereal it feels like I'm having a phenomenal out of body experience, and those vocals man...how a guy can hit high notes like that is way beyond my comprehension. This is always a good listen.
Another song I liked as a teenager. Listening to it again, the lyrics are kinda...eh. Kind of a whatever song to me. Decent.
