Justice - †
90

Heavier and dancier than Daft Punk but less of a voyage

Fela Kuti & Africa 70 - Zombie
96

A true legend and a rebel and a source of inspiration. We should all be as fearless as he was.

Michael Jackson - Dangerous
90

MJ is always mood

Tiro De Gracia - Ser hümano!!
95

Increible y impactante

Stan Getz & João Gilberto - Getz/Gilberto
97

Positive music void of satanism is a breath of fresh air.

Lauryn Hill - The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill
96

Lauryn is such a dual threat being able to rap and sing like that she’s absolutely amazing and carries this already awesome album.

Car Seat Headrest - Twin Fantasy (Face to Face)
93

I do not support LGBT in any way but this album is great

Kate Bush - Hounds of Love
93

Really fresh and unique. Doesn’t feel repetitive or dull like lots of other popular music. Every song feels like a journey of its own. I love the signature baroque and synth sound of Kate Bush and her singing is amazing she’s a great singer but also an expressive and sometimes crazy one.

LAUSSE THE CAT - The Mocking Stars
94

Quite a perfect downtempo nighttime rap album. I’d let my kids listen to this.

Geese - Getting Killed
90

His voice kind of annoyed me looking back at this album to be honest

Death - ...For the Whole World to See
90

100% relatable in today’s day and age

Alice Coltrane - Journey in Satchidananda
95

I like the tambura but honestly what takes the show is the harp. An unusual instrument in jazz with a meaningful background for Alice. The way she creates flow with glissando makes it feel much more meditative like a flowing shimmering wave. Overall I prefer her husbands orchestration but she really makes a wonderful meditative and spiritual record for little me.

LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver
96

Probably my favourite dance punk album ever. Just amazing perfectly put together very entertaining even wistful at times. And the polyrhythm damn this is great work AND THE COWBELLS!

John Michel - Egotrip
90

Finally…

The energy on this LP is absurd.

Portishead - Third
96

Just when you thought you knew Portishead they completely blow you away. This albums felt very very unique and off course dark and bleak.

Logic - Ultra 85
87

Logic has got the juice after all

Clipse - Let God Sort Em Out
91

Amazing production and rapping showcasing the skills of Pusha T and Clipse as well as the other rappers/producers.

McKinley Dixon - Magic, Alive!
93

McKinley Dixon has released one of the best Jazz rap albums of all time and instantly solidifies himself as one of the most interesting rappers right now. This album is almost exactly what I want from a 10/10 Jazz album with interesting saxophones, standup bass, goated choirs and off course impactful lyrics and vocal performances. Sam Yamaha and Sam Koff did an amazing job producing this album I love the way the instruments feel almost a bit too loud in comparison to the vocals empathising ... read more

Radiohead - A Moon Shaped Pool
95

Radioheads most depressing album made during band members unfortunate experiences of heartbreak and death. This album is very introspective and the last song is very very sad but I love the album I love the orchestra.
