Lauryn is such a dual threat being able to rap and sing like that she’s absolutely amazing and carries this already awesome album.

I do not support LGBT in any way but this album is great

Really fresh and unique. Doesn’t feel repetitive or dull like lots of other popular music. Every song feels like a journey of its own. I love the signature baroque and synth sound of Kate Bush and her singing is amazing she’s a great singer but also an expressive and sometimes crazy one.

Quite a perfect downtempo nighttime rap album. I’d let my kids listen to this.

His voice kind of annoyed me looking back at this album to be honest

100% relatable in today’s day and age

I like the tambura but honestly what takes the show is the harp. An unusual instrument in jazz with a meaningful background for Alice. The way she creates flow with glissando makes it feel much more meditative like a flowing shimmering wave. Overall I prefer her husbands orchestration but she really makes a wonderful meditative and spiritual record for little me.

Probably my favourite dance punk album ever. Just amazing perfectly put together very entertaining even wistful at times. And the polyrhythm damn this is great work AND THE COWBELLS!

Finally…

The energy on this LP is absurd.

Just when you thought you knew Portishead they completely blow you away. This albums felt very very unique and off course dark and bleak.

Amazing production and rapping showcasing the skills of Pusha T and Clipse as well as the other rappers/producers.

McKinley Dixon has released one of the best Jazz rap albums of all time and instantly solidifies himself as one of the most interesting rappers right now. This album is almost exactly what I want from a 10/10 Jazz album with interesting saxophones, standup bass, goated choirs and off course impactful lyrics and vocal performances. Radioheads most depressing album made during band members unfortunate experiences of heartbreak and death. This album is very introspective and the last song is very very sad but I love the album I love the orchestra.
