there's a few decent songs, but unfortunately, the majority of this album is just really boring and uninspired. at this point, we're gonna need another odelay to save this man's discography. it's slightly better than colors, i'll give him that

still not anything special, but i appreciate the few standout moments a lot more.

original review: first third of the album was good, middle third was incredibly odd, drawn-out, and just sounded bad (the title track being an exception). the last third was decent, but it can't make up for the lackluster middle part. just a fairly mid album overall, and it seems that foster has been on a steady decline ever since they peaked with supermodel

i get it now, it's actually quite good. i dunno what i was smokin' when i first listened to this, but it's a lot better than humanz.

original review: what the hell even was this? how is this even remotely a gorillaz album?? sorry, but this just ain't it, even humanz kept the spirit of the band better than this thing
