Polygondwanaland is an album that i'm torn on just a bit. On the one hand, I think that this is easily the band's most hollistic album to date that works as a progressive, trippy, and gargantuan pyschedelic experience, and also houses my personal favorite King Gizz song, Crumbling Castle, in the tracklist. As I said in my review for King Gizzard's 3rd installment of their microtonal series in LW, the band's first installment in the series remains not only my favorite of King Gizzard's microtonal albums, but my favorite King Gizz album in general. For me this album is just a super fun, hollisitc, and intense listen that's equal part trippy and apocalyptic.
