Uhhhh........yep, it's kind of a hit and miss album, I respect the vocals on this thing, songwriting is great on many of the songs, talks about topics like, love, self-discovery and realisation, but it feels like every pop song, but written better and produced more uniquely. Maybe it's a new kind of music to me, alt r&b, but listening to blonde is a lot better experience than this one. I don't know, i'm confused. Also predictable, ironically
This is my first introduction to abstract hip hop. This album is very vivid, creative, emotional. Earl is born for this. He is such a good lyricist and an underrated producer on the project. Rip to his father. A must listen. It may be difficult at some parts as it may be a whole new genre for you.

The album starts of strong with mamas primetime and kostas, 1989 is probably the worst on the album. Really inconsistent, it has less but really good bangers. Stove god cooks was awful except on babylon bis, the best track on the album. In some songs, westside is going offbeat which i don't think is on purpose. Productions is weak on many of the songs.
