Not really sure if their company cares about making money because I feel like nobody had a cue they were coming back, and that level of energy, budget and attention given in this project is not only morphing in a marketing matter but a music quality matter.
What's good about this is that now electro music / house music is extremely trendy, they can expend their initial girl crush sound, all the edm stuff they had going on. A sound that was btw a more common thing in kpop back when they were more popular. Weirdly, the girl crush edm/hyperpop sound of kpop 4 to 6 years ago is fitting the current charli xcx hegemonic sound. It's really not for me but it's kind of pleasing to see. Still, this project suffers from being not re-actualized to a more contemporary approach except maybe at the end of focus that is twisted with a more cunty thing to it. Except this, it just sounds like an old kpop album draft, a sound that is stuck in the past, despite giving a similar atmosphere to the newly trending albums
