Kanye attempts a comeback with known collaborator Ty Dolla $ign with VULTURES 1.

Unfortunately, Kanye and Ty don’t go together, they aren’t a duo that can work for an entire album. Kanye’s attempts to match Ty’s sound only hinders his own sound, especially his delivery. Match it with Kanye’s lack of substance in his lyrics and as an artist he can be pretty boring on this album. Luckily, Ty Dolla $ign shines throughout this album, as his vocals are solid. Drake - For All The Dogs

Boring album, Drake fails to bring enough emotion to last throughout the album. I literally fell asleep in the car halfway through listening to this when it dropped.

Destroy Lonely - If Looks Could Kill

Shockingly boring and unlistenable album from one of my favorite artists. 80 minutes of the same recycled instrumentals that makes the entire album completely boring, almost void of emotion. The voice lone uses throughout this album is mostly for the worse, hindering his flow and the emotion and feeling of the songs that lone is best at when it comes to his music. He took away one of the best aspects of his music all throughout this album, and it ruined it entirely.

The production is decent, the beats on some of the songs are just downright bad or boring, and only makes me wish the song was shorter than it already is. Some nice highs with Doomsday, Fly Away, and Hummingbird. Although multiple bad songs like Special (Latto’s ruined the song), ... read more

21 Savage - american dream

21 Savage’s first solo album since 2018’s i am > i was. 21 stays true to himself, and his style, on this album. He once more proves why he should’ve never been hit with the “same flow, same music everytime” allegations. As his topics range mostly from his life on the streets and his personal life, deeper songs like “dark days” show off his maturity and emotion as not only an artist, but as a person. 21’s tone and flow are mostly good to great ... read more
