not wasting any energy in the muscles of my fingers for this just look at my review on the other release this thing made
there is a reason we have always created art in so many different forms. There is a reason why we have expressed ourselves since the beginning of humanity. We are human. No matter who you are, no matter what background, or whatever disability you may have, you are human, and you have the ability to create anything. All it takes is the time, the drive, and the passion to create.
This isn't that. This isn't human. This isn't a creation. This doesn't deserve a single ounce of ... read more
yknow what jus throwin my hat into the ring keeping this as the lowest rated album of all time
Camellia makes a pretty good instrumental, pretty well below his average for me at least, but that still doesn't mean it's bad.
Ironmouse however.... "HENTAI HENTAI HENTAI"
You could say one is "locked in" and the other is "locked the fuck out"
I just kinda find it disappointing that the best songs in this album are easily the singles. It's pretty alright, just not amazing.
Fav: Dracula
Least fav: Oblivion
this whole album sounds ai generated especially dan reynolds voice which is scary because this came out in 2017
God I love the Talking Heads so much and I love Remain in Light so much that it's one of the first albums I got on vinyl. David Byrne's vocals are so unique that it's going to be impossible for someone to replicate him. And the instrumentation of this is top notch too, so good that I can't think of a single actually bad song from this album. Each track just makes sense once you get used to the unique style and I just cant help but feel happy when I hear this album. I ... read more
how the fuck did Lotus Juice get here this is like if Kendrick was featured in a Yuno Miles album
I used to love this album to death, if I was still in my freshman year I would have probably put this in my top 5 albums of all time. Of course, my taste has evolved more and while I don't really like Tally Hall (mostly because they are extremely corny and 100% cater towards the neurodivergent middle schooler crowd ifykyk) I still fw Miracle Musical. Maybe because it's less nerdcore rock and more orchestrated and maybe even psychedelic idk. The songs in this album (mostly) give off ... read more
I fucking love Camellia, my favorite artist IMO. He has and still is pushing the boundaries of intense instrumental music. Then we have Mori Calliope. Let's just say this album is my 13th reason why.
The debut album of the second best French electronic duo. It's wild how Justice hasn't topped Cross, or at least reached the same level as it, which is even more insane because this album is only a few months younger than me. Something about every single track in this album is that it just feels so raw and emotional just with the work of sampling and some (presumably?) extremely filtered synths that just make this feel so different to any other electronic album that I have heard yet. ... read more
Me and my friend sometimes do song brackets for fun and one time I decided to do a bracket of songs in his playlist that I haven't heard or listened to before. A song that showed up in the bracket was Alice Practice and to this day I still am dumbfounded because it was literally leagues outside what I know of his music taste. I decided to listen to this album in full and now I can say that I don't hate this album, but it does feel mostly flawed to me. While a good amount of songs here ... read more
if i listen to this "song" for even a few seconds i get controlled by the primal urge to light someone's testicles on fire
