Phil Elverum's latest release under his original moniker is a self-referential, introspective, and life-encapsulating opus that is somehow both miniscule and universal in its scale, demonstrating not just his best work as an instrumentalist and songwriter, but a level of self-actualization that inspires genuine greatness.

Pretty much one of the best songs of all time, just absolute euphoric magic
Short, but perfect record. The writing is simple, but in an incredibly candid and heartfelt way that adds serious emotional weight to the already wonderfully arranged instrumentals. It's pure lightning in a bottle magic, and reflects an immense potential that heartbreakingly was cut far too short. Rest in piece Kai.
Where it lacks in songwriting, it mostly makes up for through its stellar production and well-executed concept.
Ridiculously well-produced, leans a bit heavier than modern Deftones usually does, and Chino still sounds absolutely great
