Wesley's Theory - decent start to the album, good rapping and production and singing but overall a little uninteresting. 72/100
For Free? - neat little interlude with good production and very entertaining. 76/100
King Kunta - amazing beat, so much energy, very sonically pleasing and engaging. 92/100
Institutionalized - this really felt unneeded, it sounds fine but it really just feels like absolutely nothing happens in any part of this song.

My first listen to this album left me with just one thought, "Holy fucking shit". There was never an album that I'd thought more the day I heard it that it would have a huge impact on the subgenre it's a part of. But Che's Rest In Bass purifies rage into its simplest core elements, an album like this will undoubtedly lead to way more innovation in the review. Oh...Some Rap Songs was for a while one of my least favorite albums of all time. And honestly after a relisten I dont understand why I used to think that. This album(technically an LP but who cares) is absolutely amazing. Its genuinely one of the most emotional albums I've ever heard, I cried literally multipletimes. The production is so good, the lyrics are fucking amazing, it sounds so fucking good. The delivery I once despised has grown on me so much. His flows are amazing too. I just ... read more
This isnt an amazing record or a special record but that isnt really a bad thing. It's fairly good 80s rap with nice bars from a female emcee with a nice voice and good delivery. The rest of the album is pretty good. 10% dis has a hook I really like. I cram to ... read more
Oh my fucking god I think I understand Earl now, at first I claimed this to be nothing special but like this is just so fucking amazing holy shit. The delivery perfectly adds to the vibe, the production is amazing, the lyrics are gripping and deep. The build up is absolutely perfect, the sorta eerie vibe really really works. Overall it just feels like a therapy session as a song, not to mention it also just sounds amazing.
