The original Stone Roses album is a 100 in itself but with extras such as Elephant Stone and Mersey Paradise they truly transcend the 100 rating and flesh out the album a lot more. The demo's are amazing to hear and they capture the creative vision that they were going for at the time. This is my preferred way to listen, amazing album, amazing band, amazing legacy.

My friends Suma and delfmoosick recommended this album to me as they said it was an experience.

Now I agree, but personally I don't understand this tale and do not find it completely coherent, that being said I would like to copy some of the notes I made whilst I was listening.

My notes for track 1 says that the flowing of the beats coursing through the tracks are beautiful and that the track is ebbing and flowing just like the eternal worms heart is beating like in the title of the ... read more

This album is one of the best beatles albums and many would argue it is befitting of a 100, however towards the end of the album the tracks become super short and I just wish that these songs would have been swapped for better ones. This is still an amazing album, but it's no revolver. I'm afraid I will change my rating to a 94/95ish

Loved my time with this album, the early Beatles stuff is fantastic and is definitely worth a listen. Great album with some amazing tracks.
