a well deserved 6.5. better than whatever she released last year but i need her to make more songs like spiritual
the life of a boring showgirl... the visuals got me hyped for a change in style and for her to take me in the backstage of her life on tour... but this ended up being the exact same album as whatever she's been doing for god knows how many years now...
she simply is creatively bankrupt and jack antonoff deserves an apology because clearly she was the problem.

one of my most listened albums of the year. we can tell she's confident in her work again after finding the courage to go back to her roots. the second half is a bit under the first in terms of quality but i blame how bad do u want to skip me. i thought it would grow on me but i cannot listen to it in the context of the album. it just feels so out of place.
besides that it's a stellar album imo. i wish she used her operatic voice more but even then, this is the best she's sounded ... read more
