Pull Up

So it's been 9 years and as a band, what you then like to do apparently is a surprise new record. I mean, IDK if it was a surprise, but the 9 year gap is pretty big. Then again, the minimum gap between two Johan is 4 years and most commonly it takes them like 5 or 6. Maybe it was just a really intense writing session that didn't really end. And the music isn't lying about it either: Pull Up is a really solid album without any bad songs.

And although it's not as solid as Pergola (masterpiece), it does show that Johan are a band of great skill. Songs like About Time, Just Because, Anyone Got A Clue?, Dream (On My Mind), Books And TV, No Problem Next Week and Quicksand are great. Yeah, i know that's like half of the album, actually more than half. But i did add all of those to my big playlist so that really goes to show huh.
