You know, it's interesting. I've known about Interpol for ages. I loved their debut, Turn On The Bright Lights. I heard their third album a few times before already at work and i liked that one a lot too. I know this album's biggest song, Evil, and i think that one's really great too. But the album that song is on, Antics, isn't an album i ever dived deeper in. Tonight that changed.
Overall, Antics just kinda strikes me as a shorter and slightly weaker version of the band's debut. It's still great, don't get me wrong, but the songs aren't of the same quality and it's a bit of a sophomore slump in that sense. Still, tracks like Evil, Slow Hands and C'mere are great. A Time To Be So Small also was a nice find and all these made it to my playlist.
