I had to redo this rating after much time.
This album is one of my favorite rap albums of all time. Both disks have zero skips, the listening experience is built to not disappoint with cinematic moments built in or between tracks.
Genre bending rap with electronic and rock music to this degree is such a can't miss experience. And to think he is 18, I cannot wait to see what more comes from slayr in the future.
Following his previous work in 2022, JID has crafted a strong album experience that stands to impress baring some rough edges.

Simply put, Quadeca managed to defy expectations that were already through the roof. Each track is a cinematic and auditory experience unto itself with incredible writing, singing, production, and so on. A full review may come later, or I will just leave my opinion as bare and simple as it is right now. This is a benchmark for music now, and likely one of the best albums this decade or maybe this millennia. A perfect album in my eyes, and hopefully in yours too.
Whole album fulfils the idea of nonstop dancing with a perfect groove, not much vision but the short tracklist reduces that to a non issue.
Some of the best writing in hip hop meets some of the best production chops. Each track has something to say leaving no room for rest. All in all, incredible listen and I already saved half the album to playlists.
