Kylie Minogue - DISCO

Kylie’s very anticipated album is finally here, and it’s just as good and fun as we expected. Disco can never fails to make me dance, and this isn’t an exception.

Highlights - Magic, Miss A Thing, Real Groove, Supernova, Say Something, Celebrate You, Spotlight

mgk - Tickets To My Downfall

Listening to this out of curiosity, I regret it now. I couldn’t wait for the songs to finish and the thing goes on for 15 tracks of pure flatness and bad songs without any highlight. A waste of time.

Highlights - None of them

Fiona Apple - The Idler Wheel Is Wiser than the Driver of the Screw and Whipping Cords Will Serve You More than Ropes Will Ever Do
98

My first impression of this wasn’t really good, since back then I wasn’t as open to alternative music as I am now. But then listening to this album totally changed my perception of the genre and how it can be art in it’s more unique form. In this album, every song has a lot of emotion in it, her vocals showcase it. And the presentation of it is just amazing. One of the best art-pop records I’ve heard.

Highlights - Every Single Night, Daredevil, Jonathan, Left Alone, ... read more

BLACKPINK - THE ALBUM
72

Some vocals/raps sound awkward at times, and the production feels repetitive and generic, but some of the tracks in here are so amazing that makes up for it and you don’t really care about the flaws.

Highlights - How You Like That, Pretty Savage, Lovesick Girls, Love to Hate me, You Never Know

Ariana Grande - Positions
74

Ariana’s vocals are stunining & better than ever, it has catchy tunes at times and the production is good. At times it isn’t as interesting as her other efforts, but it isn’t close to be bad.

Highlights - Six Thirty, Safety Net, My Hair, Nasty, Positions

Jessie Ware - What's Your Pleasure?

Jessie’s Disco Album - It brings a lot of catchy tunes, good songrwiting, and a magical feeling that won’t let you stop dancing.
