B Young - Differences

We really do live in a global world now. Hackney raised B Young's second album is full of Reggaeton beats, American mumble rap and straight R&B to his best Post Malone impression. Not only do the genres change, but his vocal accent ranges from Latin to American to African decent (both British and American) and finally what I would assume is his most natural Hackney accent. It does speak to the border-less nature of some "global citizens". On an album however, it makes it hard to determine exactly who B Young is. They do a decent job of maintaining consonance from song to song despite the disparate sounds. But that may be because most of the beats are very...uncomplicated, so it's easier to get good flow from one track to the next.

This wasn't as terrible as my score may make it seem. I'm just not that big a fan of R&B mumble rappers. If you are, give this a try. There's good variation and B Young's vocals are well suited to the material.
