A few months ago I had no idea who Fontaines D.C. are. They played a gig near me, so I listened to them, sounded decent, so I went to see them. It was there where I fell in love with not only Fontaines, but even the genre/style as a whole.

After more than four years, alt-J with a new album. Frankly, I was very hyped for this release and it started off really strong with Bane, the singles, Chicago and Philadelphia... Sadly the album just didn't manage to see the nostalgic vibe (including cleverly hidden samples/references to older songs!) through to the end and the ending of the album just feels really bland.

While "The Gods We Can Touch" is by far the most blatantly pop record by AURORA so far, the production on all of the songs is incredibly crisp and satisfying. The sound of each song is unique and interesting and the album just keeps you interested in what's coming next. We definitely need more successful experiments like this album in current pop music.

Exactly what you'd want from a reissue single. Lift, Man of War and I Promise from OK Computer reissue were all amazing and so far, Kid A Mnesia looks very promising as well.
If You Say The Word is a wonderful Amnesiac track and I honestly can't wait what we're gonna get from the Kid A side of this reissue.
