This record majorly suffers from not being fully fleshed out. There are incredibly impressive moments, and I see incredible potential for WILLOW’s future projects.

The production is genuinely baffling on this record and it’s coming from the same band that made Regional at Best? Every aspect of Trench is truly polished to the greatest extent; Twenty One Pilots push their sound design, songwriting, and storytelling to its absolute limits for the full duration of this album.
