i LOVE LOVE LOVEDDDD this album!!!! the EDM songs r so fun and danceable, but the more slow, chill, and magical songs production wise are just as good. i really think songs like bittersweet and bad enough are her style! very dreamy production with amazing vocals. i wish it was longer, and the lyrics were more in depth, but i rly do love this style and she’s on an amazing track. the locket theme is actually so gorgeous. the girls that get it, get it!

its taken MONTHS to do this review but from start to finish, this is perfection. are some lyrical moments a little clunky? kinda! but i only think those critiques apply to the song "CANCELLED!" i do love that song, but that's the only one i would write a little differently. the lyricism on eldest daughter, ruin the friendship, father figure, actually romantic, wood, etc are all VERY fitting to the songs meaning and accurately potray the meaning of the song. without the risky ... read more

PERIOD! i love this EP and its such a great start to their career. each song 10/10. im pretty is the weakest, but its still amazing!

STAWP WITH THE HATE! from front to back, this album is incredible. no skips, dreamy and nostalgic production, amazing vocals, and the cheeky word play that sabrina is known for. right now, do i think this a better record than sns or eics? no. and that’s okay!!! it’s still so good! and that’s why she’s an incredible artist. i think we will look back on this as very poetic and special.

well damn!! while it’s no preacher’s daughter in my
opinion, you can’t take away the beautiful lyricism and production on this record. the storytelling is incredible and she’s such a respectable artist, regardless of the fact it’s not entirely up my ally.

well…YES! i’ve always been a fan of her since her mean girl days, but WOW! this is def a step up from her last LP. more identity, focus, vocal performance, i just love it! can’t wait to see where she goes. at least im hot is literally song of the year.

it’s good! on virgin, lorde is more vulnerable and experimental ever, with attempts mostly succeeding. something isn’t 100% there for me on this record…idk what it is, but i will def be returning to find out. i hope on her next record (if there is one) the sonic direction is nothing we have never heard before!

in all honesty it was better than i thought. but expectations were on the floor. like wow was this writing and production bad. but some of his vocals did surprise me, and the one piano ballad didn’t make me wanna rip my ears out. some of the synths were nice? idk. bad bad but not like drake bad :)

everything on short n sweet was better, but i still like it!! i do like synth pop and jack antonoff (mostly), but i do see why people are tired of this sound. i’ll probably just listen to 15 minutes instead of this one, but still a good track.
