Of what I've heard, this is THE 90s hip hop album. Every beat sounds so fresh, the lyrical content is relevant and well aged, the flows are fun, the hooks are memorable and the features are absolutely perfect. A masterclass of atmospheric trap and southern hip hop production, fused with the creative powerhouse that was Travis Scott in his prime. The vast majority of this album is a heavenly soundscape that wows me every single time.
I will let the #37 all time speak for itself. This album is simply fantastic.
As much as I have grown a sort of distaste for JPEGMAFIA after the lackluster release of ILDMLFY and a series of childish tantrums, it would be silly for me to deny my love for this album. To this day, two years after its release, this album remains in my top three records ever made, being the only one that I genuinely believe does not have a SINGLE low moment across its entire runtime. Utterly intoxicating.
