very melodramatic, ye sounds super immature here musing on about his children and how they hate living with kim… like ts permeated a good majority of the tracks on donda 2 unfortunately this is not an exception
lauryn hill sample is chef’s kiss. love the house vibes on this track and kanye sounding fresh as ever
anthemic banger, amazing drill production, carti kicks off the track strong… but fivio foreign MAKES THIS TRACK. ye keeps up great as well
dear ms. donda… 3 stacks is pitch perfect, so is kanye and the dmx sample at the end of the track is soooo sweet!!!! love it
really solid, love weeknd’s vocals on the hook, lil baby is cool here too. tho kanye is maybe the worst thing about this track, sounds a little silly with his vocal mm-mm-mm-mmm-mm’s near the start of his verse and doesn’t back up the interesting vibe of this track. all around though good and certainly an innovative single for ye at this point in his career
nice throwback + evolution of yeezus’s sound, although travis’s verse is just too short and doesn’t do as much as i’d hoped here. still good
interesting production and performance here, but doesn’t feel fleshed out enough and the hook is AWFUL. the chick-fil-a mention is just so out of place it kills the track’s tension
it’s… interesting, but feels unfinished all the way down to its production. didn’t go over great
maybe too stripped back for its own good and that hook delivered by this squeaky ass sounding guy isn’t my fav. still kanye sounds great here and delivers a whole lotta quotables so
all around great, ye is manic here and that works in his favor, catchy hook as well
surprisingly kanye’s verse is the weakest but ain’t bad. nice energy from all three guys here and that beat is very good too (thank you pierre bourne)
like the production but god this track was almost designed to age poorly. besides that i js can’t get with ye’s beliefs on this track, and him directly addressing it on this track is just somewhat embarrassing. track gets very tiring after a bit too
would’ve been even better with uzi on this, but jesus love the house groove of this
it’s so good i wish there were more of it. really my only big qualm with this track and maybe kanye’s verse is slightly questionable? bleached assholes? but that beatdrop completely puts my criticisms to bed
top 10 kanye track of all time. how couldn’t it be esp with SAMPHAAAAAAAAA MY BELOVEDDDDD
drags a little, but feelin the energy exuding from this. production really good and is pretty cohesive (surprisingly!), they locked in for this
