Another one of my favorite songs of the year so far. So jazzy, so energetic, full of style and excitement. Songs this fun are tragically rare.
Woke up this morning and Godstained was out, so I listened to it while eating breakfast.
Then I listened to it again.
And again.
And again.
15 listens later, I can confidently say that this is one of the best songs of the year so far. Beautiful, enthralling, floaty instrumentation with gorgeous vocals from the man himself and a fantastic but subtly implemented Oleka feature. It is, however, pretty damn close.
What else could be said about Kendrick Lamar's masterpiece? If you're here, you've probably listened to it. If you haven't, you're about to.
