The production is incredible, it's so unique i haven't heard anything like this before, even better that Quadeca did all of the production himself, all of the metaphors are insane and the flow, the harmonies and the vocals GOD DAMN. From me to you is about to be change a lot of people's opinion on Quad! (also fuck the people who rated this 0-9, they just ain't accepting that a "youtube rapper" can be good)
Don't think it deserved the the hate it got. He was having fun and making music he wanted, so it pains me even more when I have to rate this low. The hooks in the songs are repetitive and get boring, the lyrics are just bad - like I don't give a damn about lyrics. Songs like Mama/Show Love and Confessions of a Dangerious mind kinda save this project fro me. I'm a big logic fan, but this ain't it, sorry.
I get the whole concept of the album, like this not being logic and Thalia trying to ... read more
Probably the deepest Quadeca song and I LOVE IT. Has to be one of my favourites, the storytelling is insane and got me in my feelings, hook is very catchy and the flow all throughout the song is incredible. Just bellow Alone together for me. Insanely good!!
One of my favourite albums of all time. It isn't genius and doesn't really try to be. You can see him being influenced by some Hip Hop artist like Playboi Carti, but that isn't a problem for me. Tracks like Ego death, Imagination, A dream I can't remember, The man on my left shoulder and These days are by far the best imo, while on the other hand songs like War and Unusual bring it a down a bit.
It isn't perfect
Overall a very cohesive project I listened to over 500 times. I will forever ... read more
(No hate just opinion, also first time hearing Tabby) I don't like the lyrics, I feel like they have no meaning behind them and some don't make sense like sipping on English breakfast (wtf). I almost hate the delivery, seems sloppy and not well done. The flow is decent - nothing great, but nothing bad. The mix of the vocals seems really out of place and overshadowed by the beat at some points. Overall don't like this.
Very good hype (ignorant) song by Quadeca and Frosty. The beat is simple, but goes hard and I love the 808s. Personally I don't mind some ignorant songs from Quad, they are really fun to just vibe and listen to. Quad did better than Frosty imo, but Frosty still did well.
Very good for a throwaway he made right after voice memos. It's a rather simplistic song, but with a very catchy melody you'll find yourself singing along to. Imo the lyrics are the worst part and even them are very good.
One of the best songs I've ever heard. The production is awesome and the mix is very solid. I know some people don't like the mix, but I don't get why.
