One of my favorite EPs ever, all 4 main tracks are killer and every feature locks the fuck in to deliver some sick verses. I would talk about notable tracks but if I did I would just say all the track names. The instrumentals are also really good and display ALCs simple yet effective production. Anyone who slightly likes The Alchemist needs to listen to this

I wish I got the vinyl

This feature list deadass feels like those fan made Smash character rosters. Dude, Del The Funky Homosapien, Alex Kapranos, Linkin Park, EL-P, Chino Moreno, Cat Power, Pharrell, and more??? Some ideas work, others don’t. It’s a good listen though. A good follow up to their debut and I hope they come back someday besides that EP a few years ago

If summer had a post hardcore album, it would be Misadventures. This album is great and has some of my favorite writing from the band. Songs like Phantom Power , Today I Saw The Whole World, and Circles are my favorites on here. This is also a great album to follow up Collide With The Sky and is a standout in an already basically perfect discography

Sure was made in 2 weeks

I love Craig Owen’s vocal performance on here and There’s No Penguins In Alaska is my standout track. I loved this album on the first listen and it may be a hot take but a part of me prefers the re-recorded anniversary release. However this version is still great and worth checking out, my only real complaint is the mixing on this thing is rough in some places. That aside, this album is great and I see why it’s regarded as a classic for the post hardcore scene

Good compilation of songs, sadly not many standouts but if you like Benny, Gunn, and Alc then this album is just a great collection of songs with all 3 of them. Good stuff

Great album from Gunn, really shows that his last few project run is something to celebrate, bro continues to show why he’s one of the best curators. The best track for sure has to be Blow Hendry with an amazing feature from MIKE. A really solid continuation to HHE and probably the best from the trilogy but not my favorite. Great album though

Might be a hot take but honestly my favorite from the trilogy. Not the best by any means but it’s a great 9 minute EP with really no flaws. Just 9 minutes of standard Westside Gunn rhymes and beats, not unique or special but is still good. Two thumbs up from me

An album worthy of being hung at a museum, it really shows Mach’s artistry and ability to make some standout music. This is definitely a highlight in the Griselda catalogue and deserves the hype it has. It has a bit for every sort of fan of rap, introspective verses, sick flows, and lush beats. You can tell this album was crafted with deliberate details

Mach is on a whole new level here, he makes his most accessible album still sound uniquely him. This album is a great introduction to the Dump Gawds for anyone who has even any sort of curiosity about them. The lyricism on this album is also top notch stuff, one of the best releases of 2024. I feel like words don’t do this album justice. It’s too personal and woven with extremely dark topics, to anyone who relates to this album it’s important things get better

A killer full debut album with an incredible track list and features. Hive has one of the best verses from Vince Staples and Sunday is a heavy hitter. This album both sounds youthful and energetic but also sounds sad and can get introspective. Earl finds a good balance between being serious and also knowing when to lighten the mood.
