literally all of blades best songs, perfectly encompasses the old drain sound and the track run from oxygen to buildings is insane. Despite being a bootleg the track list has a natural flow(similar to beauty sleep), the tracks just fit so well together.
I would sacrifice a close friend for a cdq version of cash in my jeans
Pretty fucking good dude, hearing a live rendition of the whole luvsic hexalogy with a live band is fantastic.
Rest of the tracks are cool, kinda take it or leave it for me.
I think a lot of the luvsic songs lose some of the intimacy they had with these live versions but its still great and if you like nujabes and luvsic you should defiantly check this out.
Parannoul and Ecco2k need to link up and drop the best album of all time
ya kinda like the best album fucking ever
Probably the Car Seat Headrest album I come back to in whole the most. The whole thing is extremely lo-fi and your tolerance of that will partially determine your enjoyment.
For me though, this is some of Wills best vocal performances back to back to back, each song Will is performing like it his last and just belting everything out. The scuffness of these tracks adds to this by having the times when Will really goes for crazier vocals they just start clipping a bit(Which I personally like a ... read more
a dramatic retelling of the average British relationship
A great live performance by Parannoul and company, however it's being pretty overhyped. This is not even close to the same level as 98.12.28 as that album is able to convert the songs throughout the Fishmans carrier to the point that they fit a whole new atmosphere made just for that live show, the album almost leaves the status of a live album. This album doesn't do that, the songs on here are better then their album versions but not by a lot, mostly its just the vocals are better. The ... read more
The album overall was alright, a lot of the instrumentals where somewhat catchy but there's a decent amount of drawbacks. I feel like the vocals are not that interesting and just sorta average, while sometimes the samples work well with these songs I feel like they are also overused at some points. At the end of the day I think if this wasn't Kyle Reid we wouldn't be talking about it.
The problem with Chloe Burbank is it was never actually released so the track list I like could be different than the one you like. That being said the songs presented in this era of joji are his best and he has never reached it since. It feels like a sad hug from a friend or some shit. Being real though the reason I love this project is the intense nostalgia I have for it and it being apart of my life for a long time.
Super engaging and a good listen with most songs not being to artsy for there own good. Main problem is the ending leaves a lot to be desired as compared to the rest of the album, you kinda except something better for the outro.
Catchy good garage rock, not much more than that thought. Nothing wrong with that just misses one of the key aspects I look for in an album that being how it makes me feel, and with this album that's nothing.
catchy and extremely memorable, however I feel like the self titled track on the album is the weakest by a long shot and the album would be better without it.
Without a doubt a good album however I feel a lot of the attachment people have to the album is nostalgia, me included but it is good though.
